It's been a long time since I've shared our studio with my friend Carlos Alvarez, one of the Tero Trainers, so it was great to reconnect. However, on top of that I got to meet his son Christopher Alvarez who is, this year, working as an intern at Tero International. It's a neat story about how actually getting into the world of business changes the attitude of young people while at the same time offering them real world experiences that last a lifetime.
