Following an email we received the other day from one of the Iowa organizers of No Justice - No Peace we kicked around the idea to invite them to the Business News Hour to help us...and business better understand what exactly those four words mean. With us is Al Womble who along with several others has been crisscrossing Iowa and setting up voter information booths where they are usually welcomed but often harassed. Here is that conversation:

Meet Elisabeth Buck the president of the United Way of Central Iowa as we talk about diversity, equity and inclusiveness and something called The 21 Day Equity Challenge. To be clear, this is a free program that can be used by anyone...anywhere. The topics that are covered will allow you to not only learn but also feel comfortable in talking about these issues and take positive steps to create a better life for us all.
