Meet Elisabeth Buck the president of the United Way of Central Iowa as we talk about diversity, equity and inclusiveness and something called The 21 Day Equity Challenge. To be clear, this is a free program that can be used by anyone...anywhere. The topics that are covered will allow you to not only learn but also feel comfortable in talking about these issues and take positive steps to create a better life for us all. Sometimes, as in this case, these people hope to bring that legacy of service to the people living and working in their community through the legislative branch. Meet Charles Clayton who not only has an amazing story but has also, for years, been that servant to others.
