It's amazing what we sometimes stumble on. About two weeks ago we received a press release about an acquisition in the UK by a company based in Central Iowa. That got us to digging a bit and we came face to face with Cemen Tech a manufacturing company that makes something called Volumetric Concrete Trucks. Intrigued we invited CEO Connor Deering in for a conversation. And...wow. Forget about the old style cement trucks you're familiar with...this is something drastically different. And the ecological impact is also a big deal. Meet Connor Deering.

It is National Entrepreneurship Week in the U.S. and who better to talk about that than the Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneur Magazine Jason Feifer. Here, in this reprised conversation, Jason centers on his idea that every business person, to grow and succeed, should be thinking like an entrepreneur. Makes sense to me. Enjoy this fast paced and often light hearted but in the end....serious conversation.
