It's been a long time since I've shared our studio with my friend Carlos Alvarez, one of the Tero Trainers, so it was great to reconnect. However, on top of that I got to meet his son Christopher Alvarez who is, this year, working as an intern at Tero International. It's a neat story about how actually getting into the world of business changes the attitude of young people while at the same time offering them real world experiences that last a lifetime. This is going to be something different. All over the county there are young people attempting to make plans for their future careers. Now, in the midst of a pandemic, somethings change. But the desire to learn a trade continues. Here you will meet two summer interns working at Tero International. Jessica Durbala is a student at Columbia University in Chicago and Niko Dedic studies at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Both have very different career goals but it's great to listen to the hope and dedication they have toward learning and growing in their fields of study. Enjoy...we did.
