It was a chance meeting at a Chick-fil-A in Mobile, Alabama. Margie Odom told me she has been in the food service business for over 35 years and loves her job. As we talked she told me she had just authored a book of inspirational poems. So, we sat down for five minutes so she could tell you about it. Her infectious personality comes through.
