Working men and women in Iowa are facing increased risk due to COVID19. Over the past several weeks we've seen a number of places that are deemed "essential" for the Iowa economy on a collision course due to the pandemic virus. Today our guest is Charlie Wishman the Secretary/Treasurer for the Iowa Federation of Labor AFL-CIO who is calling on Governor Kim Reynolds to enact policy to protect these valuable workers. "If Iowa can lead the nation in producing and processing pork, there is no reason we can't lead the nation in worker safety." Here is that conversation:
