The Harkin Institute with Joseph Jones

Senator Tom Harkin served in congress for a total of forty years. Ten in the House of Representatives and thirty as a United States Senator. During that time he amassed a great deal of public policy. Prior to his retirement in 2015 Sen. Harkin announced the creation of the Harkin Institute for Public Policy and Citizen Engagement.
