It's HappsTV...It's WHAT?

I'm old so I remember when there were three newscasts on television each evening: CBS, NBC and ABC. That was it. I also remember when CNN launched and then a host of 24/7 news networks popped up. The evolution of the news business continues with something called "Citizen Journalists" and nobody seems to have captured that as well as Happs.TV. What is Happs? Think "Happening" and it's where citizen journalists share amazing stories all in real time. Here, with me, is Andrew King of Happs.TV to share the story for you.  Neat stuff....
