We love it even more when mentors, no matter their age, recognize that they can be the catalyst for the successful growth of others. Here you will meet Rachel Trainum from Tero International who, just a few years ago was a summer intern. Now, during a dramatic transition for the Tero Team due to COVID19 Rachel found herself supervising this year's crop of interns and understood that by setting them free to create they did an incredible job.
