Not long ago our friends, Steve & Donna, introduced us to "Bada Bing" one of many flavors of hard cider created at the 1910 Sip House located on Ethel Lake in Minnesota. Listening to them tell the story about these two people, Karen & Jeff Lees, who traveled from Colorado to Minnesota and opened up a hard cider bar in a grain bin...well, we knew we had to reach out and put them in our Small Business Spotlight.
