On the day Lance Hanson a Broker with ReMax Real Estate Concepts visited the studio a national story had broken indicating that, nationwide, twenty-percent of real estate appraisals were over-valued by thousands of dollars.  We asked Lance about that and about another story facing first time home buyers and why they can't find home loans.
