Over the next two months each school teacher (union and non-union) in Iowa will be forced to make a choice for their future and the future of education in Iowa. Tammy Warow is the President of the Iowa State Education Association (ISEA) and here, in this extended interview, we talk about the history of the ISEA, Chapter 20 and how it came to be and then discuss what the Iowa Legislature did, or is trying to do, to cripple the ability of teachers in Iowa to collectively bargin with their school boards.
