Tuesday was much like Monday as the world watched what is going on with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Today President Zelensky of Ukraine spoke by video link to the British Parliament who gave the besieged leader a standing ovation.  Meanwhile here in the U.S. congressional leader have agreed to spend nearly $13.9 billion in aid directly to Ukraine.
