The Business News Headlines 28 November 2018

The Fed Chairman speaks and the Dow has it's best day since the end of March. It's the business news from today and some of what you'll hear deal with:

Today we're ranked at number 5. Some shocking news about the health of Iowans and some hope as we talk about Live Healthy Iowa and some programs that just could turn the tide.
