For the most part these are questions many of us don't think about and that is entirely the problem. Meet Elisabeth Buck the president of the United Way of Central Iowa as we talk about diversity, equity and inclusiveness and something called The 21 Day Equity Challenge. To be clear, this is a free program that can be used by anyone...anywhere.
