Meanwhile in Ottumwa the Cracktastic Plastic Event...you like comics...this is your deal. Alan Jackson is in town. The Central Library Book Sale is a happening thing. Hoyt Sherman Place has the Robert Cray Band. Valley Junction and their farmers market is a happening thing.
