Insight on Business with Michael Libbie 11 November 2013

This is Insight on Business the News Hour for Monday, November 11, 2013.  My name is Michael Libbie the host for the only local, live, hour-long business news broadcast for the Des Moines, Iowa Metro.  This podcast contains the interview portions of the News Hour.

In the first half hour we welcome Li Zhao Mandelbaum of the China Iowa Group.  We talk about economic development between Iowa and the most populous nation on the planet.  We’ll also as about the impact from the recent USDA decision about Chinese Poultry Production.  

Then, next half hour we made welcome Ameila Lobo from the Women’s Business Center of ISED.  We’ll be talking about the reality of Iowa and Female Owned businesses and the impact the Women’s Business Center hopes to have on that number along with her role in helping women and business.
