Bank Clubs...those efforts at relationship marketing that many community banks do to not only market their services but also extend the personal relationship with customers. Heritage Clubs International started here in Iowa back in 1980 and now extends to 33 states. We visit with Ted Nelson the Executive Director of HCI about the business of bank clubs, the challenges they face and the future. Here is that conversation:
