For years physicians have been complaining that automated patient record keeping has had a negitive impact on patient care, outcomes and medical costs. Meet Jonathan M. Fialkov, MD who has created a software program that allows patients, their families and care-givers better, more accurate information. It is called Rational Surgical Solutions.
