Community Service from the Des Moines Police Department

We often see the words "Serve and Protect" on the sides of police vehicles and in this segment we learn from Sgt. Lori Neely about that service part of the Des Moines Police Department. This summer a group of officers looked at some arrest records and what they saw stunned them and put into action something called Fuel Up First. Here is the story with Sgt. Neely:
