Care Giving in Iowa with Di Findley

It is a topic which will touch each of us in time.  Di Findley is the executive director of the Iowa Caregivers Association which she founded some 22 years ago. The organization exists to serve Certified Nursing Assistants and other direct caregivers who are charged with helping individuals cope with many issues from health to injury.  Some suggest that the state of Iowa has the need for 20,000 additional caregivers.  How do we get there, what needs to be done to boost the image and training and professionalism of these people?  We asked those questions and more.  Here is that conversation.
