Baru 66 Turns Five!

One of the Metro's finest restaurants, Baru 66 is celebrating five years of dining for discerning guests. We caught up with David Baruthio the Chef and owner (with wife Sara Hill and partner Tami Johnson) and chatted a bit about starting a restaurant in the midst of the economic downturn, how they have grown, who frequents his establishment and the challenge of being located in Windsor Heights which also makes Baru 66 a destination.
