Insight on Business the News Hour with Michael Libbie airs Monday - Friday from 5 to 6PM Central on 1350-KRNT, Des Moines, Iowa. While we have the business news of the day we also interview news-makers and business people to share their information. This podcast carries only the interviews.Today we talked with Creighton Cox the Executive Officer with the Home Builders of Greater Des Moines about the rising costs associated with building materials and the need of more skilled trade workers. Then we visited with David Slinker the Market Manager for CenturyLink. A great interview about customer service and how things have changed. We did not know that CenturyLink was such an "organic company".During the second half-hour we spent some time with Laura Gaulke who is teaching a class for DMACC on Social Media for Business. Class kicks off on the 8th. And we rounded out the hour with the founder of TIckly, Emma Peterson talking about her two year adventure to bring honesty and fairness to the ticket ordering business.
