We went looking for a business that could be a model for others and found Reliable Aftermarket Parts of Michigan and it's owner Tom Salisbury.  Having started the business in 2009 in his home to becoming a world-wide supplier of aftermarket parts for construction and agriculture...well, it's something to talk about.  But, we're not done there because the State of Michigan has also taken notice.
