We catch up with Burt Ward who played Robin in the 1960's Batman series. In this wide ranging interview we talk about the new Warner Brothers animated feature with Robin, Adam West and Julie Newmar and he gives a preview of the next movie with William Shatner as the villain "Two Face".  We then talk about his passion of rescuing very large dogs and how that drove he and his wife Tracy to create Gentle Giant Rescue and Gentle Giant dog food that Burt says can extend the life of your very best friend...it's a "fat thing". Panora Protect Even the Strays - With Melodie Porter Smith

The group is called Panora PETS (Protect Even the Strays) a non-profit that is very busy in the area of pet rescues. We recently adopted little Yofi a tiny pup who was, we believe, abused or at best neglected as she was burned with boiling water. Melodie is seeing an increase in abuse cases and is attempting to get the Iowa Legislature to act. That story and more about the upcoming Furball. Good stuff here!
