We really enjoy visiting with voiceover artists. These are the people behind the radio, television ads you hear and see the instructional videos, audio books...the list is very long. Not long ago we were introduced to Laura Keenan, "Silk and Steel Voiceover" from Los Angeles who has spent years learning and getting ready to launch her VO business. Here you'll learn what she went through so that she could feel comfortable with her talent. It's a great story.

Making Others Successful Meet Rachel Trainum

We love it when the story centers around business and personal growth. We love it even more when mentors, no matter their age, recognize that they can be the catalyst for the successful growth of others. Here you will meet Rachel Trainum from Tero International who, just a few years ago was a summer intern. Now, during a dramatic transition for the Tero Team due to COVID19 Rachel found herself supervising this year's crop of interns and understood that by setting them free to create they did an incredible job.  This is good stuff!

Father & Son Talk Business at Tero International

It's been a long time since I've shared our studio with my friend Carlos Alvarez, one of the Tero Trainers, so it was great to reconnect. However, on top of that I got to meet his son Christopher Alvarez who is, this year, working as an intern at Tero International. It's a neat story about how actually getting into the world of business changes the attitude of young people while at the same time offering them real world experiences that last a lifetime. Meet Christopher and Carlos.

Pivoting to a Virtual World to Meet Demand

Back in March the leadership team at Tero International assessed what COVID19 could do to their business if the company failed to adjust and pivot from in person events to holding classes using technology. Here Deborah Rinner, the Chief Learning Officer at Tero International, talks about that transition, why they had to move quickly and, more importantly, what all of this has taught the teachers.
