Here Liz Cooney the Director of Training for Tero International takes a deep dive into the psychology of change, what it means to employees who may be impacted, how leaders might better communicate about changes in the workplace and why there is such a sense of loss when change does happen but we tend to give that loss only a fleeting glance. Tuesday Nov 29, 2022
Over the years we've had the opportunity to interview thousands of guests. All have a story to tell and they are all important. This is one of the great stories. Here you will meet Daniel and Christine Defenbaugh the creators of the 10-42 Project a non-profit that travels the U.S. assisting first responders as they deal with the trauma that is so much a part of their day. This story starts out as Daniel talks about taking his own life and where that journey led him. This is truly a remarkable conversation and you can help spread the word. By the way 10-42 is police jargon for "end of the tour". The need is great and it's brought home in this episode.
