Several days ago journalist Steven Rosenfeld authored an article that referenced the millions and millions of dollars being spent by states to lure already successful businesses to their borders and then come out with a net of nearly zero jobs. We asked him to look at Iowa and invited the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Tim Whipple to help explain the process here.
