Our friend Beau Fodor is back with a charity event for the Methodist Hospital Transplant Center. It's the Second Annual Cookie Exchange. Each participant bakes up his or her best and then brings it to Proof Restaurant on the 11th of December. The Kiwanis Basketball Jamboree

Community Service from the Des Moines Police Department

We often see the words "Serve and Protect" on the sides of police vehicles and in this segment we learn from Sgt. Lori Neely about that service part of the Des Moines Police Department.
