The Americans with Disabilities Act allowed for major changes in the way people use help to live. One of those areas deals with service dogs. Nichole Schumate started Paws and Effect when in Drake Law School. Over the years it has grown to become a major player in assisting individuals with service dogs for not only activities of daily living but also being aware of onset issues from anxiety to seizures.
