Service Dogs with Paws and Effect

The Americans with Disabilities Act allowed for major changes in the way people use help to live. One of those areas deals with service dogs. Nichole Schumate started Paws and Effect when in Drake Law School. Kittie Weston-Knauer on BMX and Kids
