Last week I attended EntreFest a gathering of established entrepreneurs along with individuals who have an idea but have yet to launch. There I met Josh Cohen a young man from the Chicago area who has come up with an idea (and soon to be released) app that will enable college students, nationwide, to sell their event tickets to other students.  And, on top of that, make a little money. Meet Filmmaker Jude Rawlins from the U.K. to Making Movies in Iowa

This was one of those "out of the blue" connections that we really love. Several weeks ago I was contacted by a former guest of the News Hour, Nancy Vetter, who told me about a man who had moved from the United Kingdom to Marshalltown, Iowa and was making some really good independent films. We followed up with Rebecca Haroldson, an Iowan and cast member who took it from there and we met for coffee and this conversation. Jude Rawlins has created a number of films with more coming out soon and he uses all Iowa talent and tells us...why.
