Just yesterday we had a national story about how rentals are outpacing home ownership. No one would have imagined the resurgence of the Urban Center of Des Moines let alone the continued increase in outward migration to the suburbs. Or is there migration toward the city core? Larry Cleverley is well known in the Des Moines Metro as a provider of fresh, organic produce to restaurants and individuals.
