Every business owner we talk with, and we talk with hundreds each year, tell us they are desperate for high quality, valuable and engaged employees. And then there are the job seekers who have trouble landing a job because their ability to communicate and engage is lacking. Why not fix both of those issues? Today you'll meet Alison Haider the Chief Learning Officer at Tero International. Here we talk about how much more expensive it is to recruit vs. retaining top level workers. We also invite those of you who know your lacking those interpersonal skills to do something about it. In other words, we solve two serious labor issues. It all makes sense to us.
Thanks for listening!
