Thursday Oct 13, 2022
We love taking thought leaders "Out to Lunch" and talk about the issues that impact millions. Today our lunch guest is John Norwood who is running to become the next Secretary of Agriculture for the State of Iowa. Here we take a deep dive into one of the biggest businesses in the Hawkeye State...farming. We'll talk about current farming practices, soil, water, population troubles in rural counties, how to save the family farm, alternative crops that matter, how to get more farmers into the business and his idea of an Iowa Farm Bill that wraps so much of this together. Some stunning ideas from John Norwood. Take a listen!
