Insight On Business the News Hour

Quick Bites with Johnnie Wright

Each week we take a thought leader Out to Lunch and have a business discussion at a locally owned restaurant. It's something that goes on every day except YOU get to come along and listen to the conversation. But, before we launch into our meal we do something we call Quick Bites or three questions that each guest gets. It centers on a book, any book, a movie, any movie and we also ask, "If you were not doing the job you have now what would you love to be doing?"  We get some interesting answers. Here is Jonnie Wright the founder of the Buyosphere and Buyosphere University and Quick Bites:

Universal Basic Income and Why It Works with Andrew Yang 2020 Presidential Candidate

Two things you need to know about 2020 presidential candidate Andrew Yang: 1) He is not a politician and 2) he is wicked smart yet self deprecating at the same time. I sat down with Mr. Yang following a meeting he had with about 20 small business owners who, as he spoke about the Universal Basic Income or $1,000 a month to each person 18 - 65, were very sceptical of the idea. But, within a few minutes the men and women realized it wasn't a "pipe dream" but something that can work for every American and our economy. Got you interested? Click through and meet Andrew Yang:
